Product Introduction
Roll Top fence is a popular welded mesh panel with a rolled top and bottom edge meaning no sharp or raw edges.
Roll top fence also called BRC fence. It has a unique and user-friendly closed and rolled beam section at the top and bottom edges. The unique top and bottom" rolled" edges are not only decorative in appearance but also give individual panels maximum rigidity and act as horizontal support between posts. Also, the uniform spacing enhances the aesthetics of the fence and provides good thorough visibility. It is ideal for use in schools, parks and playgrounds, sports, stadiums, utilities, etc.
Roll top fence with a Triangle Bending, its top and bottom edges are rolled to form a "triangle", which makes the fence safer and more rigid. its main market is in Singapore, Korea, and other Southeast Asia countries. BRC fence has also had a big market in European countries for these years.
Surface Treatment of Roll Top Fence:
1. Hot Dipped Galvanized
Through the Hot dipped galvanizing process after welding, a protective layer is formed on the steel surface. This coating can effectively prevent oxidation corrosion and prolong the service life of steel.
2. PVC Coating (Plastic Coating) or Powder Coating after galvanization.
We choose high-quality powder for spraying, which combines with the galvanized layer on the steel surface to form a more effective protective layer. PVC BRC Fence
The welded mesh panels of Roll roll-top fence have loops at the top and bottom edge of the panel. The posts with plastic caps connect with the panels whilst retaining high rigidity. Few accessories with expanded screws ensure easy installation.
Post & Clamps
Round post is popularly used with the roll top fence. Using a strong screw with two U shape clips fix the fence panels with the post.
